Amahoro Africa Minerals Company
Redeeming the Gold Value Chain
We develop decentralized networks of modular, self-sustaining **Amahoro MineHubs™** in Sub-Saharan Africa. Rooted in the **"Mining God's Way"** philosophy, we transform artisanal and small-scale mining (ASM) from a source of exploitation into a driver of sustainable rural prosperity.
A Judeo-Christian Paradigm for Gold Mining
Inspired by Zimbabwe's *Foundations for Farming* model, our philosophy reframes ASM gold mining as a holistic, faith-centered endeavor of stewardship. We address industry sins—such as mercury pollution, child labor, and smuggling—by restoring four core relationships.
Relationship with God
"The earth is the Lord's, and everything in it..."
— Psalm 24:1
We start each day in prayer, recognizing God as the ultimate owner of the minerals. This counters greed-driven over-exploitation, smuggling, and fraud by enforcing transparent trade, honest weights, and mercury-free borax amalgamation.
Relationship with Self
"Your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit... honor God with your bodies."
— 1 Corinthians 6:19-20
Artisanal mining often involves hazardous labor, dust inhalation, and burnout. We prioritize miners' health by mandating protective safety gear, ventilation, low-impact manual tools, and a strict Sabbath rest (no mining on the 7th day) to break poverty cycles.
Relationship with Others
"Love your neighbor as yourself."
— Matthew 22:39
We foster merit-based gold cooperatives where roles are determined by training and competence, not favoritism. This addresses gender inequities—ensuring women receive equal wages—bypasses corrupt middlemen, and funds clinics through Fairtrade premiums.
Relationship with the Land
The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it.
— Genesis 2:15
We combat deforestation and toxic chemical runoff. By enforcing a 1:1 post-extraction reforestation ratio, backfilling pits, utilizing zero-discharge gravity processing, and observing a land Sabbath, we transition miners from despoilers to guardians.
Values-Driven Operational Blueprint
CHAMPS represents the character-based training curriculum deployed in our MineHubs, equipping miners with spiritual and practical competencies for transformation.

The Modular Amahoro MineHub™
A MineHub is a micro, modular, and easily replicable mining center. It functions as a production unit, training campus, and marketplace for regional affiliate cooperatives.
"Trade, Not Aid" Pathway to Rural Prosperity
Rather than relying on continuous external subsidies, each modular MineHub generates sustainable revenue by operating its own clean gold processing activities. By structuring community buy-in through shared ownership, we create self-sustaining nodes of regional economic growth.
Sustainable Enterprise
Operates local, viable mineral extraction and processing to create jobs and generate operational revenues without ongoing external aid.
One-Year Practical Training
Equips 50 to 200 local miners annually in safe technical skills (mercury-free gravity concentration), business planning, financial literacy, and Judeo-Christian character values.
Affiliate Marketplace
Aggregates and processes raw gold ore from certified affiliate cooperative miners, buying at fair, transparent, market-linked prices (yielding 20–35% higher earnings for miners).
Shared Governance Model
Certified affiliates gain co-ownership equity in the Hub through production links. The Hub holds minority stakes (5-20%) in affiliate operations to maintain support and accountability.
Support & Extension Services
Shared access to machinery (crushers, sluice boxes, pumps), bulk procurement of safety gear/PPE, geological mapping, and secure digital money payments over mobile networks.
MineHub™ Pilot & Regional Rollout
Our roadmap begins with an initial pilot rollout in Zambia, establishing a blueprint to scale into a regional Sub-Saharan network of 15 to 30 MineHubs over the next five years.
Standard MineHub Pilot Plan
A typical MineHub pilot operates on a 5 to 25 hectare site, serving 10 to 50 affiliate mines within a 50 km radius. Rooted in the "Mining God's Way" philosophy, this roadmap forms a modular proof-of-concept designed to be replicable in any host country or mineral-rich region.
Disclaimer: This plan is a sample rollout model and has not yet been put into operation at the time of publishing.
Phase 1: Feasibility & Alignment (Months 1-6)
Conducting geological surveys, mapping 100-150 potential affiliates, assessing local water and solar potential, evaluating land availability, and securing agreements with community leaders and regulatory bodies.
Phase 2: Establishment & Infrastructure (Months 10-14)
Finalizing land agreements, constructing modular training classrooms, installing secure vaults and solar power systems, and establishing gravity-based processing circuits to phase out chemical contaminants.
Phase 3: Launch & Trade (Months 10-12)
Enrolling 50-100 miners in the one-year training program, formalizing cooperative shared ownership (29% community representation), locking in ethical buyer contracts, and deploying the mobile digital trade platform.
Sub-Saharan Expansion Target (Years 2-5)
Southern Angola
Establishing gold and diamond MineHubs near Porto do Namibe, utilizing the Benguela Railway logistics corridor.
Equatoria and Bahr el Ghazal
Partnering with the Government to formalize the ASM sector and reinvest revenues into the ASM development as well as agriculture, water and health.
Midlands Province
Development of the ASM sector in the Bedford Mines area near Zvishavane, Mberengwa district.
Central Mozambique
Deploying mineral hubs near Beira, focusing on high-value tantalite and localized gemstones extraction.
